Broadview Academy
The 2024 Broadview Academy Reunion is scheduled for the weekend of April 26 and 27, 2024. We would appreciate your help setting up on Friday, April 26 at 3:30pm in the gym. Our luncheon/potluck will be on Sabbath after church service. If you can help with food, it would be appreciated. Our Friday night Vespers Service starts at 7:30pm in the sanctuary. All are welcome. Music with a Mission
We're excited to extend a warm invitation to "Music with a Mission" - an evening dedicated to uplifting music, fellowship, and the spirit of giving. Freewill Offering to be Collected:
As we harmonize our voices, we also aim to bridge the gap in funds needed for the Muthumo SDA Church in Kenya. They're close to completing a church building that will serve as a spiritual haven for many, but there's an $8,000 shortfall needed for the installation of essential features like floors, windows, and doors.

We exceeded our budget in March. Please continue to prayerfully consider supporting Combined Budget when giving your tithes and offerings. Remember that tithes do not stay local. Only combined budget and church expense pay for the running of the local church programs as well as paying the utilities and other church bills.

Chicagoland Revive 2024
Spring gives a sense of nature being revived. Revival is why Chicagoland Pastors have come together to provide a special spiritual program designed to renew our relationship with our Creator.Join us for “REVIVE” Sabbath May 11, 3:00PM-7:30PM at Hinsdale Seventh-day Adventist Church for seminars, children and youth programing, a concert and evening worship. A light meal is provided for those who register before Sunday May 5. For those interested there will be an open gym night at HAA starting 8:00PM. Let us experience “REVIVE” together in Jesus!

Camp Meeting 2024
Join us at our annual Family Camp Meeting this July 17-20 at Camp Akita in Gilson, Illinois. Wherever we may be on the journey with Jesus, as with any relationship, trust remains the bedrock for that pilgrimage. Come and explore with us how trust shapes the journey even as we face such uncertain times. This is a time to be reminded of what matters most and to come together for encouragement, fellowship, and to discover more about how our lives can grow with the “grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” This yearly gathering designed for the whole family serves as a rich source of refreshing. It is a time to get apart from the routines of life to dig deep in His word. The seminars are designed for us to consider those things we cannot see…which is why trust remains so central to the journey.

VBS
Vacation Bible School will be taking place the end of July this year. Please stay tuned for exact dates. We are looking for volunteers of all ages. Sheridan Seventh-day Adventist Church is seeking unused copies of Our Little Friends, Primary Treasure, and My Bible First. We are having an upcoming evangelism event and need them for the kids. Reading the Gospel Podcast – Please join Josh Voigt and Gabriel Bardan in Reading the Gospel as a podcast. Each episode is about 15 minutes long and focuses on one story (event) from the gospels in chronological order. After reading the story, Josh and Gabriel explore its context, compare it with parallel stories, link it to other Bible teachings, then find God's will for our lives today! The podcast can be used as a daily devotional, discipleship class resource, small group curriculum (there are four questions to guide the conversation), Bible literacy program, and an evangelistic tool.
